PER LA VERA SALUTE – CONTRO IL FASCISMO VIRALE!
Il ColonNello Musumeci, in sindrome da Fascismo virale -con interviste ruffiane e senza contraddittorio- continua a “delirare” di eserciti e divieti di assembramenti: non si rende conto che sta diventando una macchietta mediatica, sebbene di successo. In realtà si tratta di spot “caricati a salve”, un’arma di distrazione di massa per la Sicilia Colonia-Virus e per un “posto al sole” nello Spettacolo tricolorato. A ciascuno il suo, ci è riuscito.
Ma il ColonNello ha intanto invitato 60 milioni di italiani a venire in vacanza patriottica in Sicilia, nell’Isola senza Test, mentre continua -senza risultati- la caccia all’untore tra gli Emigrati siciliani in Rientro di Salvezza, in qualche centinaio di povere auto cariche di miseria e figli: invece di aiutarli in modo ordinato, li stanno criminalizzando!.
I pochi focolai virali erano già attivi -forse anche “grazie” a SAC Fontanarossa e Sigonella City: degli Aeroporti non parla nessuno, vero ColonNello?. I pochi focolai erano già ospedali, RSA, case per anziani… privi di elementari e perfino ordinarie misure di protezione: per responsabilità del SSR della Regione Siciliana, che ci costa 9 miliardi all’anno, pagati “autonomisticamente” da noi Siciliani.
Che la finisse almeno, caro ColonNello, con gli spot militareschi e turistici da Fascismo Virale!. Tanticchia di umile autocritica, grazie!. Di questo passo, a ripartire prima saranno le Regioni del Nord: “vacanze a Codogno” comprese!.
La Natura e il Lavoro, il Buon Senso e il Volontariato stanno salvando la Sicilia; pur apprezzando gli sforzi di tanti, ColonNello incluso, non c’è nessun autentico “merito politico”: ricorderemo solo qualche urlo del ColonNello nelle Tv…ad elemosinare a Romafia Capitale quel che la Sanità autonoma siciliana -coi suoi attuali 9 miliardi pagati da Noi, ogni anno- avrebbe forse potuto e dovuto FARE subito: questa è l’Autonomia da applicare, non certo la richiesta “autonomistica” di intervento dell’Esercito tricolorato coi soldatini a caccia dell’untore!. Magari i soldatini della Lombardia al comando del ColonNello Musumeci nella Colonia Virus!.
Non si capisce proprio a cosa servirebbero i soldatini per strada contro il Covid19: è perfino offensivo verso decine di migliaia di vigili urbani, poliziotti, carabinieri e volontari che hanno fatto la Cosa Giusta senza cercare visibilità vanesia sulle Tv e sui giornali. Ma la cosa non ci sorprende.
L’Art. 31 dello Statuto siciliano del 1946 conferiva al presidente della Regione ampi “poteri di polizia”: non ha alcuna norma di attuazione e, che noi si sappia, l’unica volta, in 74 anni, in cui ne sia stata richiesta l’applicazione da parte di un presidente della Regione, fu nel 1960: per “difendere il Palazzo” (d’Orleans, sede del governicchio siciliano): difenderlo da chi?. Dal Popolo Siciliano, ovvio!. – L’applicazione dell’art.31 venne richiesta –alla Marina Militare!- per contrastare la giusta Rivolta popolare contro il governo neofascista di Roma, il “governo Tambroni” (sostenuto, guarda caso, dal partito originario del ColonNello Musumeci!). Quanto ai soldatini immaginari del ColonNello Musumeci… ci mancava solo che ce li mandassero dalla Lombardia: la brigata Codogno Virus?.
Da milioni di anni i virus camminano silenziosi e mutanti: si fanno beffa di frontiere e confini. A modo loro hanno una intelligenza dalla quale dovremmo imparare qualcosa: giocando d’anticipo, creando Organismi di Risposta Globali e Piani Locali di rapida applicazione.
Il caos del “decretismo” –nel cortocircuito Stato-Regioni- è determinato da un difetto di modello: chi rivendica il “centralismo statalista” è fuori dalla Realtà del Secolo XXI, non meno di chi si rintana nel localismo.
Intanto la piramide va rovesciata, non demolita. La Salute va tutelata a partire dai Territori, dai Medici di Base, dalle USCA…: va de-ospedalizzata ed emancipata da Big Farma e dai BioPoteri dell’Imperialismo multipolare, per quanto possibile.
La Verità è che il Servizio Sanitario Regionale: coi suoi intrallazzi politici, le sue “università bandite” e i suoi “primariati” milionari, che configurano -in un “vietnam contabile”- una vera e propria Mafia bianca… non disponeva neanche dei semplici “tamponi” e delle banali mascherine per medici e infermieri: altro che untori “rientrati dal nord”, altro che screening di massa!. Mascherine niente, ma ci sono i “cappucci” e un ColonNello che inscena numeri da tragicommedia sui massmedia compiacenti, per non dire del sindaco-doganiere di Messina che i numeri li dava da avanspettacolo!. Nebbia e fumo negli occhi!.
Ora i numeri li diamo noi, quelli veri: una cifra, intanto: 9 miliardi all’anno ci costate, piuttosto voi siete gli Untori, non i Lavoratori e i Giovani siciliani costretti a emigrare da quest’Isola del Tesoro che avete trasformato in Isola dei Poveri, una “colonia compassionevole” dell’INPS!.
9 miliardi all’anno: e mancano le banali mascherine (altro che “tamponi” a tutti!), per non dire altro (chè ci vuole una gara d’appalto internazionale per acquistarle!).
L’abbiamo detto subito che i DPI si potevano produrre a kmzero. E un’industria biomedicale catanese, la Parmon, che conoscevamo, ci è riuscita da sola, per prima in Italia, riconvertendo il ciclo produttivo di pannolini e slip –ma ha dovuto perdere un mese per avere l’autorizzazione da Roma e Milano, per produrre industrialmente mascherine professionali “certificate”, mentre impazzavano speculazioni e truffe nel caos generale. Il ColonNello e la Regione ci potevano mettere la faccia, senza mascherina militaresco-paternalistica ad uso mediatico, e dare a prescindere un autonomistico “via libera”.
E invece? Armiamoci e partite!. Anzi (non) rientrate, ma allo sbaraglio!. Per non dire che -dopo due mesi- in qualche modo, grazie al nostro ISMETT, arrivano in Sicilia direttamente dalla Cina le prime 40 tonnellate di DPI e altro… Due mesi buttati a sventolare il tricolorino, mesi i cui giorni valgono anni!. Vabbè, nessuno era “preparato”; ma che nessuno si attacchi medagliette eroiche. Piuttosto ci si prepari meglio per la prossima pandemia e per la prossima guerra globale: accadranno, come una eruzione vulcanica o un terremoto, non sappiamo solo il quando.
Quanto al delirio fascistoide in versione virale: siamo buoni –a milioni- per andare a lavorare: in campagne e fabbriche e mercati …non ci sono solo medici e infermieri mandati al macello!. Siamo buoni perfino a morire da soli come cani, senza un amico al funerale e manco un prete!. Siamo buoni a non spaccare la faccia a nessuno quando entriamo in un ospedale con un acciacco e ne usciamo infettati !.
Ma non possiamo neanche manifestare una idea sulle strade – con tanto di “mascherine”!. Vuol dire che ci caleremo i passamontagna?. Il gioco del Grande Fratello orwelliano ha il vantaggio di essere inscenato in società anemiche, impaurite e prive di Anticorpi. Serve un vaccino: contro il Fascismo Virale e le Forze Mentali che stanno speculando sulla Pandemia. Quanto alla questione del “Dopo”, senza Moneta sociale d’emergenza non se ne esce. FOR THE SAKE OF REAL HEALTH – AGAINST VIRAL FASCISM!
Nello Musumeci (let’s call him ColoNello, as in “colonel Nello”), the current president of the Sicilian Autonomous Region -in a syndrome of viral fascism- continues to rant about military intervention and forbidding gatherings. He doesn’t realise that he has become a puppet at the service of mass media – although a successful puppet. In reality, his, is merely self-promotion that is devoid of any content. It is part of the “arms of mass-distraction” for the Sicilian Virus-Colony. An attempt to get a place in the spotlight in the tricoloured colonial spectacle. Each to his own, he succeeded.
ColoNello has recently invited 60 million Italians to come down to Sicily for a patriotic holiday -on the island that lacks virological tests- while at the same time the hunt is going on (so far without results) for the original plague-spreader among the Sicilian emigrants who in a panic reaction “returned home to safety”, when the northern regions in Italy went into lockdown.
Some hotbeds for the virus were already active all along: airport operator SAC (Fontanarossa Airport) and Naval Air Station Sigonella. However, nobody is talking about airports as places of contagion, right, ColoNello?
A small amount of breeding grounds were also the hospitals and nursing homes… void of even elementary protective measures. But for these shortcomings we don’t hear our ColoNello blaming the SSR (Sicily’s autonomous Regional Health Service), a public institution that each year costs € 9 billion to Sicilian tax payers.
Just stop it, ColoNello! Stop your militaristic and touristic self-promotion, and instead apply some auto-critique. Thank you!
Nature and labour, common sense and volunteer work, those are the virtues that are saving Sicily: even when appreciating the efforts of many (our ColoNello included), there is no such thing as a “political merit”… We just have to remind of the begging that our ColoNello did on national TV… imploring Rome to do what Sicily’s SSR, with it’s 9 billion Euro budget paid by us Sicilians, should have done from the start! Taking self-responsibility and action! This is what real regional autonomy is all about! Instead, Sicilians had to witness “their” ColoNello’s pleading voice: “Rome must help us!… Rome must give us an answer!” – with the last bit of self-respect gone – begging for money and a military intervention to chase after the “plague-spreaders” – under ColoNello Musumeci’s command. One really does not understand what soldiers sent from mainland Italy are good for in the fight against Covid19… One could even argue that it’s offensive against the thousands of municipal police, carabinieri, state police and volunteers, who did their jobs without vainly searching for visibility on TV and newspapers. But his behaviour does not surprise us.
Article 31 of the Sicilian Statute from 1946 gives to the President of the Sicilian Region wide “powers over the police”. It has no implementation rules, and – as far as we know – the only time in 74 years that its implementation was requested by a Regional President was in 1960: to “defend” Palazzo Orleans (the Sicilian parliament building in Palermo). To defend from whom?… from the Sicilian People, obviously! The implementation of Article 31 was requested by the then-president Benedetto Majorana, to quash the popular revolt of the Sicilian people who were protesting against the neo-fascist government in Rome (the Tambroni government). Interestingly, both the old Sicilian president Benedetto Majorana and the current one Nello Musumeci had their political home within the neo-fascist Italian Social Movement (MSI) party.
Since millions of years, viruses silently wander and mutate: they don’t care about human-made frontiers and borders. In their own way, they have a kind of intelligence from which we should learn: anticipate; create responsive organs on a global level; and rapid application on a local level.
This chaos of decrees within the State-Regions short-circuit is determined by one flaw: those who swear on “State Centralism” are outside of the realities of the 21st Century, just as those who hide themselves into localism. The current pyramid ought to be put upside-down, rather than being demolished. Public Health should be protected first on a local level: by the local GPs, by the USCA (Sicilian Special Unit for Health Care Continuity), etc.. it ought to be emancipated as much as possible from the big Pharma industry and from the Bio-Powers of multipolar Imperialism.
The truth is, that the Sicilian Regional Health Service SSR, with it’s political caper, it’s “bandit universities”, and its millionaire “chief physicians” configure a kind of “white coat mafia”… they are part of a corrupt system that, despite the billions of Euro at disposal, lacked even basic necessities, such as test kits, medical face masks, or disinfectants. Instead of chasing the “plague-spreaders who returned from the North” they should have invested their resources in applying mass testing. Instead, we had a ColoNello flaunting himself in front of the complacent medias.
NINE BILLION EURO, this is the amount of money that this “white coat mafia” and the Sicilian puppet government is costing us Sicilians every year! THEY are the real “plague-spreaders”, not the homecoming Sicilian workers and students who were forced to migrate away from our island! Nine billion Euro, and even simple medical face masks are missing. They had to make an international call for tender to import them!!
The PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) needed for our Island could have been produced locally. We even have a biomedical company here in Sicily, Parmon, that specialises on recycling diapers, sanitary napkins, and panty liners into PPE. The first company in Italy able to do so! However, the company lost one full month of production time because it did not receive a quick authorization from Rome and Milan to produce “certified” medical masks. At the same time speculation on PPE and fraud contributed to the general chaos. Our ColoNello could have used his powers as Head of Government of an Autonomous Region, as Sicily is, to give the go-ahead to this production – however, he was too busy begging Rome and seeking media attention. It was only after two months, and thanks to the Palermo-based ISMETT (Mediterranean Institute for Transplantation and Advanced Specialized Therapies), that the first 40 tonnes of PPE and other material arrived from China. Two months wasted with waving the tri-coloured flag and begging Rome for help… Two months of which every day is costing human lives. Of course, nobody could be prepared for such a situation, but we better be prepared for the next pandemic and for the next global war, as both will happen like a volcanic eruption or an earthquake – we just don’t know when.
As for the fascistoid viral rants: We are good enough -in the millions- at working in the agriculture, in the factories, and in the markets… there are not only doctors and nurses to be sent to the slaughter! We are even good enough to die lonely like dogs, without a friend at our funeral and not even a priest! We are good enough at not punching anybody’s face when we enter a hospital with a simple ailment and come out with a virus infection!
But we cannot even demonstrate on the streets – even with masks on! Does it mean we’ll have to put the balaclavas on? This orwellian Big Brother game has the advantage of being played in anemic and scared societies, that are devoid of antibodies. We need a vaccine: against the viral fascism and mental forces that are speculating on this pandemic. FÜR ECHTE GESUNDHEIT – GEGEN DEN VIRALEN FASCHISMUS!
Nello Musumeci (der Einfachheit halber nennen wir ihn ColonNello, also “Oberst Nello”), der derzeitige Präsident der Autonomen Region Sizilien – offensichtlich von einem Syndrom viralem Faschismus befallen- phantasiert ohne Widersprüchlichkeiten in speichelleckerischen Interviews über Armeen und Versammlungsverbote: er merkt jedoch nicht, dass er zu einer Marionette der Medien wird – auch wenn eine erfolgreiche Marionette.
In Wirklichkeit sind seine öffentlichen Ansagen nichts Anderes als massentaugliche, inhaltsleere TV-Spots in der Virus-Kolonie Sizilien. Ein Versuch, sich einen Platz im grün-weiß-rot-kolorierten medialen Rampenlicht zu sichern. Der ColonNello hat sogar 60 Millionen Italiener dazu aufgerufen, einen patriotischen Urlaub auf Sizilien zu machen – auf der Insel wo Virus-Tests Mangelware sind. In der Zwischenzeit hat er die Jagt auf den Verursacher der Infektionswelle auf Sizilien eröffnet, den er unter den vielen sizilianischen Emigranten vermutet, die aus dem Norden heimgekehrt sind.
Es gab vorher bereits einige wenige, bereits aktive Covid19-Brutstätten auf Sizilien: vielleicht auch “dank” des Flughafenbetreibers SAC (Fontanarossa Airport) und dem US-Militärstützpunkt Sigonella. Aber der ColonNello lässt die Flughäfen bewusst aus.
Einige weitere Brutstätten waren dann auch die Krankenhäuser, sowie die Pflegeeinrichtungen und Altersheime, die aufgrund des Versagens der SSR (Siziliens regionale Gesundheitsbehörde) lange ohne jeglichen Schutz auskommen mussten. Als autonome Region führt Sizilien ein eigenständiges Gesundheitssystem, der dem sizilianischen Steuerzahler jährlich 9 Milliarden Euro kostet.
Lieber ColonNello, hören Sie endlich mit der Selbstinszenierung und Ihrer militaristischen viral-faschistischen Propaganda auf. Dafür bitte etwas mehr Demut und Autokritik, grazie!
Die Natur und die Arbeit, gesunder Menschenverstand und Gemeinnützigkeit sind was Sizilien retten werden. Obwohl viele für Ihre Anstrengungen gewürdigt werden müssen, gibt es keinen “politischen Verdienst”, die eine Würdigung gerechtfertigt. Was wir nach der Krise in Erinnerung behalten werden, sind einige Schreie des ColonNello in die TV-Kameras… wo er Rom um Hilfe und Unterstützung anbettelt – die Unterstützung, die eigentlich von der SSR mit ihren 9 Milliarden Euro aus sizilianischen Steuergeldern hätte kommen sollen!
Selbstverantwortung und Handeln! Dies ist was echte regionale Autonomie ausmacht. Stattdessen mussten die Sizilianer mitansehen, wie “ihr” ColonNello den italienischen Staat anflehte: “Rom muss uns helfen!… Rom soll uns eine Antwort geben!…” Mit dem letzten bisschen an Selbstachtung verflogen, bettelte ColonNello Rom um finanzielle und militärische Hilfe an. Das tri-kolorierte Militär – vorzugsweise unter ColonNellos Befehl – sollte also Jagt auf die “sizilianischen Virus-Verbreiter” machen.
Zu was die italienischen Soldaten denn auf Sizilien gut sein sollten, versteht indes keiner. Ihre Präsenz ist in vielerlei Hinsicht sogar beleidigend gegenüber den tausenden von Vigili Urbani (das italienische Pendant zum Ordnungsamt), den Polizisten, den Carabinieri, sowie den vielen Freiwilligen, die ihre Arbeit tun, ohne das Aufsehen von TV und Zeitungen zu suchen. Aber das Ganze verwundert uns eigentlich nicht…
Artikel 31 des Sizilianischen Statutes von 1946 gibt dem Präsidenten der Autonomen Region Sizilien weitreichende Befugnisse über die Polizei. Sizilien ist die einzige Region in Italien, die diese Befugnisse hat. Allerdings wurde Artikel 31 nie in Kraft gesetzt, d.h. die Polizei wird faktisch auch in Sizilien von Rom aus gesteuert. Das einzige Mal, wo ein sizilianischer Regional-Präsident den Artikel 31 in Kraft setzen wollte war im Jahr 1960, um “Palazzo Orleans”, den Sitz der Sizilianischen Regierung, “zu schützen”. Vor wem schützen?… Na, vom eigenen Volk, von wem sonst…
Der damalige sizilianische Präsident Benedetto Majorana wollte mit Hilfe der italienischen Marine einen Volksaufstand verhindern, der sich gegen die damalige neo-faschistische Tambroni-Regierung in Rom zu erheben drohte. Interessanterweise waren sowohl der alte Regional-Präsident Benedetto Majorana, sowie auch der jetzige Regional-Präsident Nello “ColonNello” Musumeci, Mitglieder der neo-faschistischen Partei MSI (Movimento Sociale Italiano).
Seit Millionen von Jahren wandern und mutieren Viren auf dieser Erde. Sie scheren sich nicht um Staatsgrenzen. Auf ihrer Art haben Viren eine eigene Intelligenz, von der wir einiges lernen könnten: vorausschauend agieren; Abwehrmechanismen auf globaler Ebene kreieren; und die schnelle Ausführung auf lokaler Ebene. Diejenigen, die heute immer noch “staatlicher Zentralismus” fordern sind genauso aus der Realität des 21. Jahrhundert entfernt, wie diejenigen die sich in abgeschottetem “Lokalismus” verkriechen wollen.
Die Pyramide muss umgekehrt werden, nicht zerstört. Das Gesundheitswesen sollte zuerst auf lokaler Ebene geschützt werden: z.B. von den Gemeinden, den Allgemeinärzten, und von der USCA (sizilianischer Spezialeinheit für die Kontinuität medizinischer Versorgung). Das Gesundheitswesen muss so weit wie möglich von der Big Pharma und den multipolaren imperialistischen Bio-Mächten emanzipiert werden.
Die Wahrheit ist, dass das SSR-geführte sizilianische Gesundheitswesen, mit seinen politischen Intrigen, seine “gekauften Universitäten” und seinen steinreichen “Primaren”, eine Art Weißkittelmafia ist… Trotz den Milliarden an Steuermittel, verfügte der SSR nicht einmal über einfache Mundschutzmasken, geschweige den sonstige medizinische Schutzausrüstung oder virologische Test-Kits. Anstatt dessen, hatten wir es mit einen ColonNello zu tun, der sich selbstgefällig vor den Medien in Szene setzte und Jagd auf aus dem Norden heimkehrende Sizilianer machte, weil diese angeblich das Virus auf die Insel verbreiteten.
9 Milliarden Euro, dies ist die Summe, die uns die oben erwähnte Weißkittelmafia und die sizilianische Marionetten-Regierung jährlich kostet. SIE sind die echten Virenverbreiter! Trotz diesem Budget fehlten einfachste Materialien, so wie Mundschutzmasken. Der Regierung kam nichts Anderes in den Sinn, als eine internationale Ausschreibung zu machen um diese überteuert zu importieren!
Wobei ein Teil der in Sizilien benötigten PSA (Persönliche Schutzausrüstung) auch hier bei uns hätten produziert werden können. Nahe Catania gibt es eine biomedizinische Firma, die Parmon SpA, die darauf spezialisiert ist, gebrauchte Materialien wie Windeln oder Slipeinlagen zu recyclen und in PSA zu verarbeiten. Parmon ist die erste Firma in Italien, die dazu fähig ist. Laut eigenen Firmenangaben hat sie eine Produktionskapazität von 300.000 Schutzmasken pro Tag. Aber die Firma verlor einen ganzen Monat Produktionszeit, weil die Autorisierung vom Gesundheitsministerium in Rom, “zertifizierte” Masken herstellen zu dürfen, auf sich warten ließ. In der Zwischenzeit leisteten die Spekulation auf PSA und Korruption ihren Beitrag zum allgemeinen Chaos. Unser ColonNello hätte hier seine Kompetenzen als Regierungschef der Autonomen Region Sizilien nutzen und die Produktion autorisieren können. Tat er aber nicht. Er war ja zu beschäftigt vor den TV-Kameras Rom um Geld und militärische Hilfe anzubetteln.
Erst nach zwei Monaten und nicht zuletzt dank dem in Palermo ansässigen ISMETT (Mediterranes Institut für Transplantation und hochspezialisierte Therapien), kamen dann die ersten 40 Tonnen PSA aus China an. Zwei Monate, die mit grün-weiß-roten Fahnen-Schwenken und mit Rom-um-Hilfe-betteln vergeudet wurde… Zwei Monate, von denen jeder Tag Menschenleben gekostet hat. Natürlich konnte niemand auf eine solche Situation vorbereitet sein. Aber um so mehr sollten wir uns dann auf die nächste Pandemie oder den nächsten globalen Krieg vorbereiten. Denn beide werden wie eine Vulkaneruption oder ein Erdbeben unausweichlich kommen – wir wissen nur nicht wann.
Zu Musumecis faschistoiden viralen Delirium: Millionen von uns sind gut genug um in den Feldern, den Fabriken und den Märkten arbeiten zu gehen… es sind nicht nur die Ärzte und die Pflegekräfte die zum Schlachten geführt wurden. Wir sind sogar gut genug einsam wie Hunde zu krepieren, ohne einen Freund auf unserer Beerdigung und nicht einmal ein Priester! Wir sind auch gut genug niemandem in die Fresse zu schlagen, wenn wir wegen eines Leidens ins Krankenhaus müssen und dann mit einer Virus-Infektion wieder rauskommen!
Aber wir dürfen nicht einmal auf den Straßen demonstrieren – auch nicht mit Gesichtsmaske! Dann werden wir wohl das nächste Mal die Balaklava anziehen? Dieses Spiel des orwellianischen Big Brother hat den Vorteil, dass es in einer anämischen und verängstigten Gesellschaft ohne Antikörper gespielt wird. Wir brauchen einen Impfstoff: gegen den viralen Faschismus und den mentalen Mächten, die auf diese Pandemie spekulieren. Und was das “Nachher” anbelangt: Ohne eine soziale Not-Währung werden wir aus der Krise nicht rauskommen. (Erklärt Pereira)
